“We are very proud of the South Lake Charles baseball team and I really can’t think of a better fit than Swamp Seeds and Louisiana Little League baseball,” said company co-owner Cathy Bryant. “We had heard than many of the players chewed our seeds during the season so we wanted to make sure they didn’t run out while they are in Waco.”
South Lake Charles is representing Louisiana in the Little League Southwest Region and vying for a spot in the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. Swamp Seeds shipped the seeds to make sure they would arrive before their first game on Friday.
“You can find our products all over Louisiana but we knew it may tough in Texas so we wanted to make sure the team had plenty of seeds to chew on while they made their way through the tournament,”
Bryant added that the company will continue to supply the team with seeds for the duration of their playoff run, hopefully all the way to Williamsport.
