Wasteful Consumption Patterns In Cleveland Ohio

AUGUST 25th, 2012 (CLEVELAND, OHIO) - Akron based label Intolerance Records artist Wasteful Consumption Patterns (WCP) to play Unite, CLE festival with over fifty other bands including local Cleveland favorite Mushroomhead.

PRLog - Aug. 2, 2012 - AKRON, Ohio -- WCP is a band with a message. They believe that our current way of life is robbing our Earth of valuable natural resources and if humankind doesn't change, we will be the next animal to become extinct.

WCP frontman 'DJ Korpserape' [sic] explains, "Humans are on their high horses thinking they are better than all other species. Humans are the worst, most disgusting, vile creatures ever to inhabit this planet. The end of humanity will be the best thing for Mother Earth."

Wasteful Consumption Patterns is the high-energy, aggressive Electronic Rock project headed by DJ Korpserape that has successfully fused elements of Industrial, Drum & Bass, Metal and more into a new breed of easily digestible and marketable Dark Alternative Rock.

WCP was founded in 1999 and the first CD, entitled 'Solder', took only one week to create. Unfortunately, DJ Korpserape, the only member of the band, was institutionalized in a mental health facility for seven years immediately after which postponed the release until 2007. The new CD, entitled 'Khrome' is slated for release this Halloween. A fitting date for a dark project.
