Vida Vacations Club hosts Photo Social Media Contest

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 2, 2012 - July 17, 2012 —Vida Vacation Club, a high-end vacation club including resort properties from Grupo Vidanta among others, announced today the top photos selected for their photo social media contest. Vida Vacations started the competition in early June and officially ended it on July 4, 2012. During that time, over 700 photos were submitted by member guests of Vida Vacations resort properties, including Grand Luxxe, The Grand Bliss, The Grand Mayan, The Bliss and Mayan Palace.

Member guests submitted photos through Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest. While Vida Vacations originally planned to narrow down entries to the top 10, the high quality of the photos resulted in the selection of 20 top photos from each resort property instead.
“This contest is yet another example of the diverse group of guests at Vida Vacations resort properties,” said Lizzie Merrill, Social Media Coordinator. “Vida Vacations Club and Grupo Vidanta pride themselves on creating exciting resort vacation experiences for every preference, and they come shining through in the wonderful photos we received.”

Over 700 photos were submitted by guests of Vida Vacation Club's resorts, including magnificent shots of sunsets, memorable images of children and couples, spectacular photos of each resort and stunning photos of wildlife that abounds in and around the Mexican resort properties.  From now until July 23, 2012, member guests are asked to “like” their favorite photos on Facebook:
