Woodhull, LLC Is First MPS Provider to Be Certified by Photizo Group

This certification is based on its ability to meet or exceed standards set forth in Photizo’s Partner Transformation Program. The certification also confirms Woodhull’s leadership position by providing third-party validation of its abilities to deliver MPS.

For more than 60 years, the Woodhull name has come to mean exceptional local service and support in the Ohio region. CEO Susie Woodhull wanted to ensure that reputation to continued as the company embarked on this new services model, so she contacted Photizo Group for an assessment. “We wanted a third party to review our progress to date in developing our MPS program, identify any weaknesses, and help us to maximize our investment,” she said. She had heard of Photizo’s Partner Transformation Program through Ricoh’s ChaMPS program.

For Woodhull, the next step was completing Photizo’s POWRR Assessment, a thorough assessment consisting of data collection, surveys, and interviews with multiple team members all providing insight into the entire business process. Upon completion, Photizo Group was able to diagnose Woodhull’s MPS readiness, benchmark its performance against industry standards, and deliver an MPS Success Roadmap. This detailed report provided statistics on the status of the company’s program and specific recommendations on how to better achieve its goals and maximize investments.

“This process helped us take a step back and look at the whole picture,” said Woodhull. “We hadn’t really done that with our MPS practice, and it was a real wake-up call.” Implementing the recommendations made in the MPS Success Roadmap, Woodhull switched its ERP and will seek to automate key processes, avoid adding staff, and increase its efficiencies across all teams.

The combination of the assessment and the certification is a key combination for today’s provider.
