Development with Economic and Social Benefits - Hellenic Republic Property Development

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug. 2, 2012 - “E. D. Goutos S.A.” and “Hellenic Development Beteiligungs AG”, German Holding company of Greek interests, held a conference on Sunday 29 July 2012 at Nafplio. The subject of the conference was “Development with Economic and Social Benefits -  Hellenic Republic Property Development” owned by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF). The purpose of the event was to inform the citizens about investment proposals worth 16 billion Euros in development projects in Greece, which will attract foreign investors.

The speakers of the conference were Mrs Christine Melidi - Legal Consultant, Mrs Christine Nassi, Mr Evangelos Tzanos - Vice President and Marketing Executive at “Hellenic Development Beteiligungs AG”, Mr Ioannis Maltezos - Chairman of the Municipal Council of Argos and Evangelos Goutos - Businessman. The main issues discussed were the guarantee and full security of the investors’ money, considering that the purchase and sale of properties will be in Swiss franc, as well as the distribution of the “Hellenic Development Beteiligungs AG” shares to Greeks.

The conference was attended by hundreds of citizens of the Argolida and Attica prefectures, as well as by representatives of the Municipalities of Elliniko-Argyroupolis, Argos and Ermionida.
