Snapzing Releases Enhancements to Social Photo Game App

Aug. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- San Francisco, CA - August 2, 2012 - Snapzing is a social photo game that allows users to take photos and enter them into contests.  During the last few months, we have enhanced Snapzing and brought the app to the next level for game players and photo enthusiasts alike.  With the latest update, you will discover a whole new way to play Snapzing!

The latest release introduces personal games.  This new feature allows you to challenge your friends to photo contests and play directly against each other.  There are two modes of personal games: Invite Only and Open.  The invite only mode allows players to invite specific Snapzing and Facebook friends to participate in a contest that you set up.  The second mode is open to all Snapzing players and their Facebook friends.  Once players create an open contest, anyone can participate and anyone can invite their Snapzing and Facebook friends to play along too.

In the game, players earn Zingbats, the offical Snapzing currency.  Zingbats can be earned by entering photos and by voting for your favorite snaps which means the more you play,  the more you earn!  As you earn Zingbats, you are able to exchange them for Boosts and help your favorite snaps earn extra points and win contests.  Zingbats are also available for purchase but the easiest way to earn them is to simply play Snapzing!

Editing photos in Snapzing is now achieved with a new, easy-to-use feature.  We have introduced Aviary filters into the game so that you can edit your photos before officially entering them into the contest of the day.

Snapzing was created to be a social photo game and based on that idea, we have expanded the options for uploading photos for contests.  Before players were able to snap photos or upload photos that were already on your camera roll.  But what about the snap you took and uploaded to Facebook?  Now you are able to use great photos from your Facebook account to enter contests!

Snapzing is the first social photo game for the iPhone.  Submit snaps to games, vote for favorites, and earn rewards along the way.  Give props to your favorite snaps with Boosts and follow your favorite Snappers.  You can even start your own contests with just your friends.  Snapzing is available for iOS devices and based in San Francisco.
