Access will provide secure paper shredding services to the public, on a donation basis, during the event. Individuals are encouraged to bring paper documents, containing outdated personal information to the site for destruction and make a donation to assist with Raven’s rehabilitation. Examples of the types of documents that individuals need to properly destroy before disposal include: old bank statements, credit card statements, utility bills, cancelled checks, pre-approved credit card forms and any other documents that contain personal data. Sierra Central will also host a silent auction with items donated from local businesses. All of the proceeds from both the shred donations and silent auction will benefit the Raven Chavez Fund to help in her recovery.
The community is invited to attend the Access shred event at Sierra Central’s downtown branch this Saturday to show support for this worthy cause and securely destroy unwanted, outdated information at the same time! To learn more about Raven Chavez’s recovery go to: facebook.com/
