The Cristo Rey Network is being recognized for transforming the education landscape for urban, low-income youth. Each of the 64 Regional Winners receives one (1) round-trip flight to San Diego to participate in the CLASSY Awards Weekend, courtesy of Southwest Airlines, the official Airline Sponsor of the 4th Annual CLASSY Awards. The Cristo Rey Network is comprised of 25 high schools that provide a quality, Catholic, college preparatory education to 7,400 urban young people who live in communities with limited educational options. Most of our students qualify for the federal free or reduced lunch program.
