The Community Restoration Initiative is intended to restore culturally vital areas of the City through a partnership between Cultural Affairs, the citizens of New Port Richey and the City’s Public Works Department. The inaugural project is the rehabilitation of Cavalaire Square.

A second phase is planned for further restoration. The Cultural Affairs Committee is currently exploring grants and corporate sponsorship opportunities to fund future improvements.
