Agiline LLC Adds Three More Web Parts to its SharePoint Web Parts Collection

These new web parts are developed with the intent to automate the core day-to-day tasks of the enterprises.

The new set of web parts now being offered by Agiline includes the Calendar Web Part, Staff Directory Web Part and the Birthday & Anniversary Reminder Web Part. These web parts are built using SharePoint 2010 Server Object Model and are designed to offer simple yet robust functionality. The web parts come with various configurable parameters and can be easily customized to match the environments in which they are used. The Calendar web part is designed to display the schedules of all the events and meetings. The web part is capable of fetching the event/meeting schedule from five different Calendar Lists at the same time, and displaying it on a compact widget style calendar. It can also be styled according to its own color scheme. Compatible with all the versions of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (Foundation, Standard, and Enterprise), this web part serves as powerful and easy to use tool with customizable presentation.

The Staff Directory is a highly flexible and easily customizable web part, which reads the user details from the SharePoint User Profile Store or Custom List and displays the staff directory listing in a grid form. The web part comes with several salient features like sorting, inclusion/exclusion of staff photo, filtering of results based on job title, department etc. Compatible with all the versions of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (Foundation, Standard, and Enterprise), this web part also has multiple configurable parameters through which, complete look and feel, and functionality can be altered, to meet the user requirements.

The Birthday & Anniversary Reminder Web Part works along with a SharePoint User Profile Directory or a Custom List to select the information on upcoming birthdays, anniversaries or "newly hired employees" and displays it in a list form. The web part can also be configured to send birthday wishes or anniversary wishes through email, based on the occasion type. This web part is also compatible with all the versions of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (Foundation, Standard, and Enterprise), and serves as a powerful and easy to use tool for enterprise-wide birthday and anniversary reminders.
