Dovetail Software Sponsors IL SHRM 2012 TweetUp

July 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Dovetail Software, a leader in HR Case Management and Help Desk software, is sponsoring the 2nd annual IL SHRM TweetUp on Monday, August 6, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at the Drury Lane Theater in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

Social media is a major focus at this year’s IL SHRM conference and the TweetUp is a time for conference attendees to network, unwind and enjoy all that the conference has to offer in a more casual setting. Appetizers will be served and drink tickets covering beer and wine will be provided upon arrival to the TweetUp. A cash bar will also be available.

For HR professionals less experienced with social tools, the conference will have several sessions focusing on getting started with social media. Dovetail’s Dwane Lay, Director of HR Process Design and a well-known presence in the HR social media landscape, will be talking about how to leverage social media in the workplace at TalentNet Live on Sunday before the conference.

Social media labs will also be running throughout the event to give hands-on training and advice for using social technology and tools effectively.
