Partner Lance A. Harke Named Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine

Harke has been named to Florida Trend magazine’s 2012 Legal Elite list in the practice area of commercial litigation.  

Harke concentrates his trial practice in the areas of products liability, insurance and complex class action and other commercial and consumer litigation matters.  He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Harke graduated from the University of Florida, with high honors and received his B.A. degree in Philosophy.  He received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and was Editor-in-Chief of the University of Miami Law Review.
The ninth annual edition of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite recognizes a prestigious list of 1,348 attorneys selected by their colleagues.  Balloting for this year’s list began in October 2011 when Florida Trend invited all in-state members of the Florida Bar to participate. Lawyers were asked to name attorneys they hold in the “highest regard” or would recommend to others. The resulting list represents approximately 2% of the more than 67,000 active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida.
