Monthly Cosmetic Educational Seminars

July 31, 2012 - PRLog -- – Shu Cosmetic Surgery Institute now offer monthly educational seminars starting in September 2012. The purpose of the seminars is to educate interested individuals on the variety of cosmetic procedures the institute has to offer.  Each month a new topic is presented and questions can be discussed.  The seminars will be very informative and will explain the procedures in detail and clarify why the procedure might be good for certain individuals versus others.  “We designed these monthly seminars so we could educate the public about our newest technologies at Shu Cosmetic Surgery Institute. We want people to know how we are different than others, in addition to helping people understand the procedures and what will be best suited for them,” stated Dr. Steven Shu.
The monthly seminars will be presented by Dr. Steven Shu, Katie McClellan PA-C, or Sonya Stelmachuk and will discuss a variety of cosmetic procedures that the institute has to offer.  The seminars will be presented at the Edina location on the first Monday of each month (unless of a holiday) from 5:00pm-5:30pm. Wine and refreshments will be served during the educational seminars. “The seminar schedule will be posted on our website, so anyone can check to see what topics might be of interest and what questions they would like answered if they come,” said Katie McClellan. The first seminar will be presented by Dr. Steven Shu on Sept 10th and titled “New Advancements in Liposuction Technology for a Sexier Body”.   Some examples of upcoming seminar topics will be anti-aging injectables, laser skincare, breast augmentation, tummy tuck, bioidentical hormones and weight loss management.
