Seattle, Washington – Resourceful HR, LLC, today announced that it has hired two new team members as the business continues to grow its service offering and take on new clients. Laura Doehle comes onboard as the Director of Client Services and Genevieve Phillips as Consultant for Recruiting Services.

) offers an extensive background in HR, including talent management (having the right people in the right roles doing the right things to drive business results), recruiting and advising teams and HR leaders on best practices to maximize employee productivity. In her role as Resourceful HR’s Director of Client Services, she will serve as the point person for clients to ensure they are receiving the services they need to be successful and competitive in their industry. She will also serve as a speaker at industry events and lead presentations that highlight HR best practices.

) provides over 15 years of experience guiding businesses on how to develop recruiting and hiring practices that bring the greatest return on investment. In her role at Resourceful HR, she will provide talent sourcing, candidate screening and assessments, interviewing and facilitating candidate engagement for current and future hiring opportunities and help clients hire quality candidates who are a good, long-term fit for their organization.
