PCCW Teleservices has won four gold medal awards for Best in Customer Service (Outsourced)
ContactCenterWorld is a global association for contact center best practices and networking. Running a global competition on the industry’s best practices through the annual Top Ranking Performers Conference, ContactCenterWorld selects only the very best in the competition to be present at the event, which took place in Singapore this year.
