Netwise Opens New Development Center in the Philippines

The new office is located in Cebu, the Philippines’ fast-growing IT hub, and is staffed by a complement of highly-skilled and experienced web developers. Cebu native and Netwise Director of Technology Neil Caipang, after four years residence in Netwise’ Tokyo office, will transfer to Cebu to manage operations there.
