Ooka Island Featured August 1st on W Networks New Show Backyard Inventors with Doug Hall

Charlottetown:   Innovation expert Doug Hall travels across Canada in search of everyday inventors with exceptional ideas.  His mission is to find and mentor Canada’s next great inventors, taking them on a journey of a lifetime, from the backyard to the boardroom.   On August 1st Ooka Island, a Prince Edward Island based company, will take that journey.
Backyard Inventors is the newest reality TV program on W Network
(http://www.wnetwork.com/Shows/backyard-inventors/about-th...) and features the inventors who impressed Hall the most.  They are invited to Eureka! Ranch where their invention is refined into a marketable product that they will ultimately pitch to a big business.

Doug Hall heads up what is today known as “America’s #1 Idea Team” at The Eureka! Ranch, which serves Fortune 500 clients.  The average American home uses 18 products or services that he and his team have invented or reinvented.  On August 1st at 10pm on the W Network, Doug Hall meets Cammy Barber and Kay and Joelle MacPhee with Ooka Island Reading Adventure Game (www.ookaisland.com).
