(Pompano Beach, FL – July 30, 2012) “Designing Spaces” on Lifetime television features family-owned Carl Buddig and Company, makers of lean deli meats, as a partner of the “Kids Spaces of Hope – A Labor of Love Makeover” at the Kids in Distress campus. The two-episode series will air on Thursday, August 2nd and August 9th at 7:30 am (ET/PT).

Carl Buddig joins forces with Reading is Fundamental to help transform the library of the children’s large activity center by providing over 1000 books to nourish the children’s minds as well as with lean cut deli products such as turkey and honey ham for sandwiches and  beef sticks for snacks to nourish their bodies.

Tom Buddig, third generation and VP of Marketing along with Stacie from the company are featured in the segment. Carl Buddig and Reading is Fundamental are project sponsors of this special “Kids Spaces of Hope – A Labor of Love Makeover” show airing on Lifetime TV, where a children’s activity center at Kids in Distress, a nationally accredited agency providing safe shelter and services for children who have been abused and neglected, undergoes a complete makeover to create a safe, educational and clean environment.
