CEE inaugurated S-RSI in 2010 at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia with partners Saudi Aramco, KAUST, and Mawhiba. The six-week institute combines classroom training and research mentorships for Saudi Arabia’s highly talented science and math students between their third and fourth year of high school.
“I was honored to celebrate and to follow Mr. Khalid A. Al-Falih in providing remarks about the Center’s educational STEM programs and the S-RSI program at KAUST,” said Joann DiGennaro. “The S-RSI program supports the Center’s mission to nurture high school and university scholars to careers of excellence and leadership in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and to encourage collaboration between and among leaders in the global community.”
Ms. DiGennaro was named one of 100 Women Leaders in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics)
