Cincinnati, OH (July 30, 2012) – “This is how food should be prepared; with the utmost care and respect and made to accompany fine wine” on Friday July, 27th Tony’s Steaks and Seafood – Cincinnati hosted a wine dinner catered to the sweltering heat of the Mid-West summer. Titled “Hot Days-Chilled Wines” this wine dinner featured the pairing of Executive Chef Harvey Germain’s assorted cuisine and an array of chilled wines. Tony’s along with Cutting Edge served a diverse set of wines including both old and new world wines.
