The inner surface of the insulated liner is perforated to allow for the absorption of unwanted condensation or accidental spills, protecting the bottle labels. Sandwiched between the biodegradable films, and sealed on all sides, is a super insulating pad made from recycled purified flocked cotton, to which super-absorbent fibers and antimicrobial powders have been added during manufacture. A unique cooling chamber allows for adjustable amounts of gel pack refrigerants to control temperature requirements. The shipping system folds together and is compressed to ship flat for lower in-bound freight costs and efficient warehouse storage.
When ready for use, ThermoKeeper Chilled Wine Shipper insulating liners easily assemble into an air-tight, stand-up cooling chamber with a full flap-over lid to fit snuggly inside the shipping box. The built-in handle enables easy carrying or can be folded flat for shipping. The container can be re-used. After multiple uses, the entire unit can be disposed of in an eco-friendly fashion.
