Ms Black-Totham joins from Nature Publishing Group, where she spent nine years, latterly as publisher of the British Dental Journal and six other clinical journals. She also undertook a sales consultancy role at BMJ Group, publishers of the British Medical Journal. Prior to this, she held sales and marketing-related roles at Harvey Research, Emap Business Communications and International Thompson Business Publishing.
