During the event, the Korean investors expressed keen interest in expanding their presence in the Middle East region.

The UAE is the largest commercial partner for Korea in the Middle East with a trade volume amounting to approximately $23 billion (AED 83 billion), while Korea is one of UAE’s largest investor in commodities and services in IT, automotive, contracting, and energy.
Dubai Airport Freezone was recently ranked the best free zone in the Middle East for the second consecutive year. The drive to attract global trade partnerships has seen the premier Freezone collaborate with key Korean and UAE organizations like the Middle East Business Association (MEBA), Korean Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), among others.
