PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 29, 2012 - Licensed Professional Investigator Thomas Haverty is now serving as the Director of Investigations for Strategic Investigative Services. Thomas is a dedicated professional with experience in a wide range of investigative areas. He has served the residents of California as a 20 year veteran of law enforcement service. Thomas has worked as a Detective, and as a Crime Scene Evidence Investigator.

During his law enforcement career Thomas was involved with counter-terrorism intelligence and homeland security activities as a terrorism liaison officer. He was a member of the Bay Area Terrorism Working Group and was involved with the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center.

Thomas is currently a private-sector partner with the Northern California Regional Intelligence Center, the Bay Area Terrorism Working Group, the California Resiliency Alliance, and FBI InfraGard. He is certified to conduct DHS/FEMA level threat & risk assessments related to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosive (CBRNE), and natural disaster events.

Thomas also has management experience in the loss prevention industry, where he has been responsible for conducting theft & embezzlement investigations, workers compensation & general liability accident claims investigations, and identifying & correcting exposures to loss.

Thomas has been recognized for his dedication and service by the California State Senate, the US Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation, and various civic organizations.

Strategic Investigative Services (SIS) is a professional private investigation agency based in Fresno, California.
