Beauty From the Inside Out in Episode 23 on 'The Balancing Act’s' Makeover Series on Lifetime

A representative from Age Sciences makes an in-home visit to the ladies and their friends to show how easy it can be to use their PMD – personal microderm product, which deeply exfoliates the skin and gives the ladies a glow.

Brownies take center stage as Chef Nick shows Rosa how to make a batch using Domino Light’s® sugar and stevia blend. Do Rosa’s kids taste the difference? “You don’t have to give up the foods you love,” Chef Nick reminds Rosa.

Touching down in San Diego and heading to Premier Fitness Camp at La Costa Resort & Spa brings back all kinds of memories for the women. This is where it all began a fast five months ago….the grueling boot camp, the weigh-ins, and the stark reality of the state of their health.
