Candlelight Homes Prepares for Salt Lake Parade of Homes 2012

July 27, 2012 - PRLog -- South Jordan, UT -- July 27, 2012-- Candlelight Homes, Utah’s Premier Homebuilder, is making its final preparations for the fast-approaching 2012 Salt Lake Parade of Homes. Candlelight Homes has two homes in the Parade this year. The first is located in the Summerlin Meadows community of Draper, Utah, and the second is located in the East Riverwalk community of Midvale, Utah.

Candlelight Homes was a winner for the 2011 Parade of Homes and will consequently be one of the note-worthy homes to see in this year’s Parade. Candlelight’s 2011 home in Herriman was awarded: Best of Category, Best Architecture and Best Interior Design.

Candlelight Homes has taken a unique approach in its Parade Home located in Midvale, Utah this year. They have created a blog that allows its followers to make selections on its Parade Home. These decisions include design features, fixtures, colors, etc. The blog can be found at www.buildparadehome.CandlelightHomes.com. The Salt Lake Parade of Homes will kick off on August 3rd this year and will run through August 18th. The daily hours are Monday through Sunday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Tickets can be purchased online, at Parade Homes, or at RC Willey locations. The Salt Lake Parade of Homes will be using an exciting new app for iPhone called “Parade Craze” this year. The app is not on the market as of yet, but is expected to be available the opening day of the Parade.  With this new app, users will be able to easily get driving directions to homes, get more information on builders, subcontractors, suppliers and design ideas. The Salt Lake Parade of Homes has also introduced a new electronic ticketing system this year that will help in making the process easier.
