July 27, 2012 - PRLog -- When we contacted the company directly we asked a company spokesperson to comment on their record setting growth.  Their spokesperson said; “We believe our rapid growth has been achieved due to a combinations of things.  First, we kept our website very simple. It’s simple in appearance, simple to use for both jobseekers and employers and simple to setup and get started.  You will not find any fancy “fluff” here.  Our objective from the beginning was simply, pair up aviation jobseekers with aviation employers for the purpose of finding employment. Third, in order that we can get as many aviation job listings as possible we allow our employers to list their positions for “free”.  There is absolutely no fees charged to employers to list with us.  Lastly, we kept our jobseeker membership fee very reasonable.  Based on an annual membership, the cost to be a member amounts to less than 22 cents per day.  At this low rate most jobseekers have elected to remain members even after obtaining aviation employment.  We guess due to our low membership rate that it amounts to “cheap insurance” to never miss a better aviation employment opportunity”.
