Operating through a well-established distributor channel and two high class retail stores (situated in London’s Jermyn Street and Paris), the business continues to focus on quality. Whether the customer is looking at the standard ‘Ready to Wear’ collection or exploring customer specific ‘Made to Order’ shoes, quality is the watch word in terms of materials, craftsmanship and customer service.

As a growing business that understands the value and importance of service, Edward Green has chosen to work with Prima Solutions to implement a new Customer Services application to manage the retail arm of its business.

As well as providing point of sale functionality and a customer ordering point (for forward orders and custom made requirements), the Customer Service solution will provide instant access to information which will allow Edward Green to instantly review an individual customer’s details in a single screen.

Information such as current orders, buying history, preferences, likes and dislikes, ongoing and historical correspondence etc. ensures that Edward Green really get to know their customers as individuals.
