The featured selections are ranging from appetizer to hot dishes and from carving to dessert. During lunch buffet, the new menu features fresh oysters, cold seafood items, the salad bar, cheese, Japanese corner, pizzas, craving, barbecue corner and a couple of daily main dishes. During dinner buffet, the focus is on a wide variety of seafood dishes and cold desserts including Taiwan famous snowflake ice-cream and Ben and Jerry’s ice-cream.


If you are seafood lover, you will find the dinner buffet be your favourite buffet. Teppanyaki station provides Sea Scallop.  Jumbo Oyster Roast is another feature of the new dinner buffet. Other featured dinner buffet dishes include:
