A native of Clinton, SC, Ms. Wilson has extensive recruiting and HR experience with major regional and national staffing organizations, as well as with Duke Energy and the South Carolina Department of Workforce. She offers “extensive recruiting experience, a warm and welcoming personality, great work ethic, and excellent communications skills to help Marketplace Staffing customers grow their organizations by adding top talent,” said Ray Lattimore, president and CEO of Marketplace Staffing.
With more than two decades of recruiting and employee relations management experience, Ms. Wilson provides capable recruiting, screening, training and onboarding, and client service skills.
She has been involved with numerous business and civic organizations including several area chambers of commerce, and First Baptist Church of Clinton.

As part of her Marketplace responsibilities, Ms. Wilson will work with both new and existing clients in the Upstate to provide staffing and human capital solutions that lead to increased growth and success for those clients. She will focus her time on businesses and organizations in South Carolina’s Upstate, working out of the Fountain Inn office.
