Lovatt joins Lennar after working at Richmond American Homes in Jacksonville as a sales counselor. She is a member of the Sales & Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and earned an Excellence in Production award last year. When she’s not helping prospective home buyers, Lovatt enjoys charity work with animals and shopping.
Before joining the Lennar Jacksonville team, Shillings was a sales manager at Arthur Rutenberg Homes. In his spare time Shillings enjoys golf and swimming, and also coaches a Special Olympics swim team in Clay County.
Souris comes from Virginia Beach, Va., where he worked at Napolitano Homes as sales manager. While there, he became an integral part of the sales team by developing and implementing several programs to increase market share.
