WASHINGTON – Baltimore hip-hop/electronic collaborative Beyond Modern released a music video this morning to accompany their latest single, “Ride of Your Life [#ROYL].” The upbeat song is the duo’s first single from their highly anticipated The Beyond Modern EP, slated for release early this fall.
Laden with exhilarating visuals and an inventive concept, the video takes the viewer on a thrilling adventure leaving Sur Jazz and Mick Marx stranded on a vacant road, swindled by two seductive women.
“Ride of Your Life” was shot and directed by DC’s very own 1st Impressions Studio, known for B.o.B.’s Strange Clouds Remix (feat. Young Jeezy and T.I.) video as well as an impressive portfolio that includes Wale, Cassidy, J.R. Writer, Fat Trel and more.
Beyond Modern will perform at TRILLECTRO, DC's inaugural hip-hop + electronic music festival, hosted by the legendary Doug E. Fresh, on Saturday, August 11th at the Half Street Fairgrounds alongside Flosstradamus, ScHoolBoy Q, Casey Veggies, and Body Language.
