The EPA’s newest Chapters’ inaugural events are to be held on:
• August 1st in Cleveland, Ohio at the Grotto Wine Bar
• August 2nd in Denver, Colorado at the Space Gallery & Artwork Network
Kim Sullivan, senior vice president and CMO of the Event Planners Association said, “The EPA has experienced an overwhelming number of requests from businesses and individuals that provide products and services to the event and amusement industries to start and/or join local EPA chapters. That’s why we are launching two new local chapters in major metropolitan cities. By launching chapters in Cleveland and Denver we’ll be able to reach and support more businesses and entrepreneurs with valuable education, essential insurance and legal benefits in addition to networking opportunities.”
Both Event Planners Association Chapters are being launched by way of a three-pronged approach which offers extreme value to individuals and businesses engaged in any form in the event and amusement industries.
Marley Majcher, to Speak
Marley Majcher, CEO of the Party Goddess and well-known event planner to A-celebrities and author of “But Are You Making Money?” will speak about how to implement a game plan to take your business to the next level. Attendees will enjoy learning from Marley’s first-hand experiences that took her from near poverty to the top of her game and continued financial success.
Mini-Intensive Educational Program
Unique to the EPA, each launch event will provide an extra value opportunity for attendees to enroll in a Mini-Intensive education program. The first of many Mini-Intensive programs, this Mini-Intensive session helps entrepreneurs understand how to price products and services for profit and equips members with information about what it takes to identify their true hourly rate vs. what they want their rate to be. Attendees will begin the process of uncovering what is really preventing them from making what they should for their hard work and time. Each individual can walk away with a game plan for increasing their bottom-line – and experiencing the value they were meant to achieve.
Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. Registration can be completed at: http://events.r20.constantcontact.com/
Displaying Vendors & Suppliers, EPA Council Members and Extreme Networking
Each EPA Chapter launch showcases unique venues and featured vendors, and provides an outstanding opportunity to meet face-to-face with members from both EPA Corporate and the new local EPA Chapter Leadership Council. Vendors and suppliers will have their products on display. Sample tastings and beverages are being provided compliments of each EPA Chapter launch event locations’ host, while the managers of the hosting venues will be on hand to schedule future tours of their facilities. Additional networking opportunities will round out the evening and help to build attendees’ contacts.

From Marley Majcher, as the keynote speaker, to the Mini-Intensive educational program, and through the networking with other industry movers and shakers, the EPA’s launch events truly showcase why we exist.
