D.R. Mon Group's 52nd Street Homes, LLC in West New York, NJ Recognized as Community of the Year

Mon Group, Inc., one of the leading developers of affordable and emerging market homes in New Jersey received six Awards of Excellence from the Community Builders & Remodelers Association of New Jersey (CBRA) for its 52nd Street Homes, LLC project in West New York, NJ – including Community of the Year in the Best Multi-Family Mid/High Housing under $500,000 category. The other awards included: Best Color Advertising for a Community, Best Community Sales Presentation Video, Best Merchandised Model Home under $500,000, Best Affordable Mt. She was honored as Sales Person of the Year and distinguished as a Million Dollar Club-Gold Level ($5,000,000-$10,000,000) member. In addition, Severini received a Special Achievement Award in New Home Sales. 52nd Street Homes offers the workforce population of North Hudson County affordable homes in a classic urban living setting. The awards were presented at CBRA’s 2012 Awards of Excellence Program on June 14th at the Sheraton Parsippany Hotel in Parsippany, NJ. The program was designed to recognize and promote members of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) who attained a high-level of achievement in new home construction, remodeling, commercial building, as well as sales and marketing. Community of the Year is the most prestigious of the awards. Recipients had to demonstrate excellence in a wide variety of areas including sales, marketing and project design.
