Nearly $80K Raised at Methodist ElderCare Services Charity Golf Classic

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 25, 2012 - Columbus, OH (July 25, 2012) – The 3rd Annual Methodist ElderCare Services (MES) Wesley Glen/Wesley Ridge Charity Golf Classic raised almost $80K, including $30K from the live and silent auctions. The amount raised is a 33% increase over the 2011 event. The event was held on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Brookside Golf & Country Club, 2770 W. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH. Proceeds will benefit the WELLness Center at Wesley Glen, the Kimes Chapel and Skilled Nursing facility at Wesley Ridge and Hospice Services at MES.

The charity golf tournament brought in 31 teams consisting of 124 golfers. Many companies sponsored the event in support of MES including: Title Sponsor Select Medical Rehabilitation Services and Presenting Sponsor The Joseph Group.
