PRLog - July 25, 2012 - MOSCOW, Russian Federation -- On the 28-29th June 2012 in the RIA-Novosti international multimedia press center the 10th International Forum "BIG CONSULTING 2012" took place with participation of the Department of Foreign Trade and International Relations of the Moscow Government.
Elena Fadeeva, General Director of Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard spoke at the plenary session on the theme of KPI for consultants. During the discussion, experts shared their views on issues such as: Features of the consulting market in Russia and abroad, KPI for consultants, strategic development and implementation of cost management and business reputation for consulting firms, the demand for and development of management consulting services in Russia and the advantages of both Russian and Western consulting companies.
"Among the key performance indicators for consulting campaigns, such as financial performance, quality staffing and quality of customer service, it is important not to forget about the importance of building corporate reputation. To effectively manage a corporate reputation consulting firms should create and implement a communication strategy that delivers key messages to the target audience and constantly monitor the effectiveness of this campaign, " – said Elena Fadeeva, General Director of Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard.
Elena Fadeeva gave general recommendations on how to build the reputation of consulting companies, using such tools as research, projects in the field of intellectual leadership and publicizing the results of client projects and base instruments to raise awareness. At the end of her speech, she highlighted the main criteria needed to make such campaigns effective.
