After just starting their crowdfunding campaign at IndieGoGo, entitled "Can an app improve your grades?", things are on the rise for the small Israeli start-up. sCoolWork, labeled by opinion leaders as an app which "has the potential to substantially influence how people in general, and students specifically, process information"
"This is the first time we're going to talk face to face with such big amount of high level US educators", says Shachar Tal, S&K co-founder. "We're already receiving positive feedback from students and teachers, but it would be a totally different, hands-on experience at #140edu".
Visitors at the conference, held on July 31st and August 1st, will have a chance to meet Shachar at the now famous #140 "schmooze lounge", where they will be given a free annual subscription to sCoolWork and the opportunity to contribute free subscriptions to those in need, by accessing a mobile web page only available on site.
"We're really hoping that with the help of #140edu, sCoolWork could reach all those places where it is needed the most", says Alex Dayan, S&K founder, "All you need is an old desktop or laptop, and we could give hope to struggling students, making the already hard work they're facing easier, and enabling them to focus on learning and developing their skills".
Those who wish to contribute to S&K and their cause, could do so at their crowdfunding campaign page http://www.indiegogo.com/
