Naples boat condominium under new management

July 24, 2012 - PRLog -- NAPLES, Fla. (July 24, 2012) –Naples Bay Yacht Stowage, a 177 dry slip marina, is now under the management of Colonial Square Management Group. As manager, Colonial Square will provide the marina with on-site management, accounting and overseeing the leasing of dock spaces.

“We’re excited to be working with Naples Bay Yacht Stowage,” said Bob Reynolds, operations director of Colonial Square Management Group. “This management assignment adds to our portfolio of marina management and allows us to greatly expand our reach into the marina community up and down the west coast of Florida.”

Colonial Square manages thirty-four other commercial condominium associations in southwest Florida and is currently working with transition on two more marina management assignments.

Colonial Square Management Group also has experience working with Florida Fish and Wildlife in dock development and permitting.  

Naples Bay Yacht Stowage is located in Naples Bay and is equipped with 177 dry storage areas that come in a wide variety of different boat types and sizes.
