Preh Wins Porsche Top Supplier Award

PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 23, 2012 - NOVI, Mich. – Preh received Porsche’s Supplier Award 2012 at the Dr. Ing h.c. F. Porsche AG in Stuttgart, placing Preh among Porsche’s top ten suppliers in 2011. The Bad Neustadt, Germany supplier was honored primarily for their exemplary collaboration and communication, and for good production quality of the new climate control systems in the Porsche 911 and Porsche Boxster.  What is special about the honor is that Preh was included in the circle of the best Porsche suppliers, even though the production of the climate control systems started only last year and represented the first time Preh was nominated for the Supplier Award.

In his comments, Preh President and CEO  Dr. Michael Roesnick said, "While we have already received many honors, the Porsche Supplier Award is something special, particularly because we managed to win such an award of outstanding project performance virtually from a standing start. This is a huge endorsement for the work that our whole team has done here. At the same time, we know that the Porsche Supplier Award also serves as motivation for future cooperation. "

According to the inscription on the sculpture of the Porsche Supplier Award, the award stands for "partnership, communication and commitment."   Further, it says that "The great synthesis between our suppliers and the Dr. Ing h.c. F. Porsche AG is at the heart of the entrepreneurial process. The sculpture marks the Supplier Award 2012 by three pillars symbolizing the mutual optimization of cooperation as a prerequisite for the best results."
