Laurie E. Torban Named Partner At Lash & Goldberg

     Torban joined Lash & Goldberg in 2001, one month after being sworn in to the Florida Bar.  At Lash & Goldberg, she handles healthcare related litigation matters involving provider contracts, managed care, peer review, and a variety of other issues including risk management and hospital operations. Torban’s practice also includes the representation of nurses and other healthcare providers in state licensure board investigations and she has also served as a lecturer in the area of Medical Records law. She is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and has been recognized for three years as a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star.”

    Torban earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stetson University.
