Jul. 23, 2012 - Brookhaven Fitness Studio held its Grand Re-Opening event on Saturday, July 14, 2012. The event celebrated the unveiling of their new logo and fitness philosophy centered around Integrative Fitness for a Healthy Lifestyle. Approximately 70 guests came through the studio doors on that day, experiencing the quality Group Fitness Classes led by energetic, knowledgeable and passionate instructors;
and learning about the holistic programming offered. In addition to enjoying free Kickboxing, TRX Suspension Training, Power Yoga and Kettlebell classes, guests and members had an opportunity to learn about and sample products and services from complementary healthy lifestyle local supporting business owners including: Treza, Mila, Transformational Health, Positive Energy 4 Life, The Yoga Game, and Once Upon a Ballet.
The event also included a raffle with 100% proceeds in support of Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta. Funds from the raffle will support the “Healthy Lifestyles” program, which promotes healthy living practices starting at a young age.
