Peeler Associates to present workshop for Technical Development Corp (TDC) in Boston, August 1

PEMBROKE AND BOSTON, MA, ISSUED JULY 20, 2012… Marie Peeler, CEO of Peeler Associates, an executive coaching and leadership development firm working with individuals and organizations to increase their business effectiveness, has been selected to present a half-day workshop, “Coaching Skills for Leaders,”  at the Boston Technical Development Corp, 31 Milk Street, Boston, on August 1.

Peeler’s co-presenter will be Roxanne Commette, an executive coach with Peeler Associates.

“Coaching Skills for Leaders” is a new offering by TDC. In this half-day workshop, leaders will learn, and practice using, the skills and techniques necessary to be a successful leader-coach. The workshop will demystify coaching by showing leaders:
•   What coaching is and is not;
•   The characteristics of a good leader-coach;
•   When to use coaching;
•   The differences between coaching and managing, mentoring, training, and counseling; and
•   How to build an effective coaching relationship.
