Atlanta’s award-wining Architect Boye Akinola, AIA of www.boyehomeplans.com designed this spectacular curb appealing luxury Traditional style custom home mansion of only 3,021 SF.  At www.boyehomeplans.com, we are trained and experienced architects who design each of our over 500 pre-designed house plan (or ready-to-build plans) as if we are designing for a specific homeowner by using today’s and tomorrow’s homeowner’s lifestyle needs and requirements as our base criteria.

The RUBY’s exciting front entrance is framed by a welcoming two story grand front porch which is deep enough to accommodate rocking chairs so you can to enjoy the front yard and neighborhood. A grand foyer with a grand stair welcomes you into the RUBY house plan and this two story foyer opens directly pass the open stair into the family room beyond. To the left of the foyer is a dramatic spacious open dining room (13feet wide by 14 feet deep) that is framed with trimmed cased openings. As you enter the foyer, the formal living room is to your right framed by an arched trimmed cased opening.

In the middle of the first floor is the central family room of RUBY Plan which is the focal point in this house and is a great place for entertaining friends and family. The right side wall of the family room is accented by a two story fireplace flanked by an entertainment center on either side. The spacious two story family room with a double tray ceiling is open to the breakfast room and an open contemporary kitchen which has an island counter with a range and this raised counter bar allows for sitting at the island counter for informal family eating activities.

The RUBY Plan has a very spacious master bedroom (with a single tray ceiling) with its private intimate sitting area that is located on the main floor with a 5 feet wide picture window that gives dramatic views at the rear of the house. The master bathroom is very lavish and open and has a central tub that is placed adjacent to a large glass enclosed shower. The vanity are spacious for his and hers! There is a spacious linen closet adjacent to a very large His and Hers walk in royal-closet. A spacious mud room or laundry allows for efficient laundry functions for the family.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. One has its own bathroom while the other two share a jack and jill bathroom. An extra unfinished bonus room of over 213 sf is located over the garage for future bedrooms or rec area.

The RUBY Plan has a 3 car garage that has a 16 feet wide garage door and a standard 8 feet (or 9 feet) as preferred) garage door.

The RUBY Plan’s front elevation is a Traditional design with the use of brick and wood and siding as its exterior wall finish materials. The front porch design gives a very warm traditional curb appeal. Like in most of our new plans, we have added an I-pod, I-pad and I-phone charging station/rack for the whole family in the desk area of the kitchen. A finished basement plan is available that consists of a theater room, recreation area, game lounge, exercise room, guest bedroom, office, bathrooms, outdoor lanai area and patio.
