After 16 years of experience as a creative director, producer, media director and two years of direct marketing for lawyers, Darmian decided to learn the nuances of our justice system inside out. He also wanted to thoroughly understand the integral role of lawyers within it. Therefore, he studied law for 4 years and earned his Juris Doctor Degree.

During his two years of working as a direct marketer for lawyers, Darmian found that lawyers, like most other professionals, are not all the same. Some work more diligently, listen more attentively; communicate more promptly and go out of their ways to help their clients; yet some others are not so diligent, responsive or competent.

Darmian also observed the huge hurdles that clients must overcome, just to find the right lawyer for the job: Because most people don’t know how to research a lawyer’s background or track record. Media, especially, the Yellow Pages and the Internet are full of cliché and copycat ads that cause more confusion rather than offer solutions. If you add to this equation, the malicious stereotypes against lawyers, constantly propagated by Hollywood and Big Business, then you will understand, why our justice system seems so intimidating and it is out of reach for most People.
