Jan. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- SEATTLE -- Resourceful HR, LLC, today announced that it has hired two new team members as the business continues to grow its service offerings and the industries they serve. The company has also promoted Stephanie Beck-Tauscher to Manager of Recruiting and Temporary HR Staffing Services. Heather Erickson is a Senior HR Consultant providing excellent on-site and HR consulting support for client companies and Liang Du joins as Resourceful HR’s Marketing Specialist raising awareness among the Greater Puget Sound business community regarding the organization’s services and ensuring colleagues and clients receive the HR information and content they need to be successful. Stephanie Beck-Tauscher will expand her current role to include overseeing all recruitment and temporary staffing services functions including managing related staff and continuing to support clients’ recruiting and staffing needs.

About Heather Erickson, SPHR
As a Senior HR Consultant at Resourceful HR, Heather develops, implements and maintains HR programs to help our clients meet their organizational objectives. She is an experienced HR professional who has spent her career helping individuals, teams and organizations maximize performance. Prior to Resourceful HR she served as the Human Resource Manager for DreamBox Learning where she provided strategic and tactical, full-scope human resources services. In her role she was responsible for employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruiting oversight, HRIS administration, employee retention, training and workforce development. Her background also includes serving in a variety of Human Resource roles for several other organizations, including Zumiez Inc., St. Charles Health System and Edge Wireless.

About Liang Du
As Resourceful HR’s Marketing Specialist, Liang is responsible for raising awareness about our organization and services among the Greater Puget Sound business community (http://www.resourcefulhr.com/liang-du.html). A prolific writer and marketing enthusiast, she heads up our social media and content marketing efforts as well as our event coordination needs. She previously served as the Networking Events Director for BEAN Seattle, a non-profit networking, volunteering and social group for young professionals, where she was responsible for executing their social media marketing and networking programs, analyzing and tracking their marketing strategy, coordinating events and recruiting for leadership roles within the organization. Before her work at BEAN, Liang served as an Account Manager for Kimberly-Clark where she worked closely with sales representatives, distribution partners and small to medium B2B end users to ensure they received the products and services they needed.

About Stephanie Beck-Tauscher, SPHR
Stephanie is a seasoned HR/recruitment professional with over 14 years of corporate full life-cycle recruiting and staffing experience. (http://www.resourcefulhr.com/stephanie-beck-tauscher.html) She has worked primarily in the software, energy/utility, wireless and wireless broadband industries. Experienced in recruiting process improvements (policies, procedures, best practices) as well as vendor management, she is accomplished in creating and developing sourcing strategies that range from college recruitment efforts to strategic director level talent searches. Stephanie possesses a proven ability to develop strong partnerships with hiring managers at all levels of management, by quickly ascertaining the needs of the organization, providing excellent customer service and presenting highly qualified candidates. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is trained in AIRS recruiting methodologies. She is a graduate of Washington State University, where she earned her BA in Political Science and minored in Business Administration.
