Just Over $196 Million in Closed Sales, 85% Sold at One Thousand Ocean in Boca Raton

July 19, 2012 - PRLog -- BOCA RATON, Fla. – A closed sale this July at One Thousand Ocean, which was an all-cash transition for $5.15 million, marks an 85% sold-out milestone for the iconic ocean-to-Intracoastal condominium building located at the Boca Raton Inlet.

The buyer, who currently resides in the prominent St. Andrews Country Club community in Boca Raton, wanted to move east on the ocean and fell in love with One Thousand Ocean’s location and lifestyle.

In addition, because they loved the interior architectural changes that had been made to the V*Starr model, the developer will be customizing the buyer’s interiors in the same fashion on the buyer’s behalf, post-closing.”
