July 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The banking system for the most part requires the applicant to complete their own paper work when applying for a Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed loan. This has been the biggest problem we hear from our clients. We get nowhere with the banks. After a week or two we just give up.

We have been working on a system to simplify the process and to assist the small business owner or entrepreneur to make it through the quagmire or gauntlet of paper work required by financial institutions to examine, approve and fund small business loans.

American Association of Government Finance has developed an application that offers the individual and the small business owner/operator the opportunity to complete an SBA loan application within a secure and SBA compliant system. Our staff will assist in all aspects of completing the SBA loan package and it can be accomplished more efficiently and at a cost savings for the potential SBA participant.

It has been designed to be user friendly and guide the applicant through each phase of the application. We provide a complete self packaging application for SBA 7a loans and 504 loans. An individual can sign up to utilize the application and call for assistance if there are any questions. The AMAGF staff will be available during business hours to talk a client through any problem or questionable area. After hours the client can leave a question on our web site.

AMAGF will complete a hard copy of the loan package for the client that can be presented to any bank of the client’s choice. It will be complete and in compliance with the banking requirements and SBA requirements prior to submitting to any lending institution.
