Thriving Firm is designed to mark a shift toward a new way of thinking for those in the accounting field. Its goal is to help accounting firms play significant roles in their clients’ success, which leads to more profitability, a better working environment and continued growth, among other benefits. Thriving Firm resources include business assessments, sales and marketing clinics, live and virtual coaching, training programs, a member conference, action plans and access to expert support for implementation, in addition to software and tools. Members are further included in a far-reaching peer-support network that comprises professionals in the U.S. and Canada.
“While RAN ONE continues to provide leading tools for the global accounting industry, Thriving Firm better reflects the increasing role we play in educating and guiding accounting practices in North America,” said RAN ONE Americas owner and CEO Rick Solomon, CPA, CGMA. “We enable firms to truly thrive and that’s why being recognized for our Thriving Firm initiative will serve us well,” he added.
The initial stages of the Thriving Firm initiative began in 2011 and quickly gained momentum with accounting professionals looking to improve their practices. Following a study that defined five elements required for a successful practice, the Thriving Firm initiative was constructed in a way to help practices thrive in each of those five critical areas.
Current members will continue with the services and resources to which they are accustomed as well as benefit from expanded opportunities available through Thriving Firm, including setting and reaching challenging firm-wide goals. The company has launched a new website, www.thrivingfirm.com, to provide details about its philosophy, capabilities and offerings.
