ATS will leverage widely available software to deliver a web-based solution for its over 200 plant operators. This project will entail a Learning Management System for training coupled with Business Intelligence software to provide reporting and analytics. These improved tools will train operators and measure performance, anticipate focus areas for remediation and assist in trending overall crew effectiveness for a variety of scenarios that the plant must be capable of responding with decisive precision.

This summer, ATS will design, develop and deliver the first phase of the project.
