The short term transaction provided Resource Solutions Group the flexibility to allow their business to grow organically. Within 12 months, Resource Solutions Group required an expansion from approximately 1,000 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Cresa was able to negotiate a lease at very aggressive terms for Class A space near the Capitol Square.
